Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care duties like washing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients move around and transfer, making sure they are always safe.

• To make sure that care is tailored to each person, you need to talk to clients, families, and healthcare professionals in a clear way.
• Follow care plans exactly to fulfil each person’s requirements and wants.
• If possible, drive to clients’ houses in your own car.
• If you have any concerns about a client’s safety or well-being, tell your supervisor right away.

Experience

• Having worked in a home care or care home setting before is a plus, but not necessary; complete training will be given.
• Knowing about care plans and how to use them well
• Excellent English communication abilities, both spoken and written
• A valid driver’s license helps get from one client’s house to another.
• Being able to operate alone and with others
• A caring mindset and great people skills
