Care Worker /Health Care Assistant (Care Worker Jobs UK)

• To give direct personal attention in line with rules and regulations.
• When caring for our service users, the Care Worker should show love and compassion. They should also make sure that the service user is always protected and supported.
• The employer expects the applicant to work both day and night shifts and fill in for coworkers who are off sick.
• Work with qualified personnel and other experienced health care assistants to help our residents get the tailored care they need. To help people get dressed, undressed, washed, bathed, and use the bathroom.
• Keep everyone secure and comfortable by moving them to a bed or chair. Help with moving around, using hoists when needed.
• Serve and help with feeding if needed.
• Help the service user keep in touch with their family and friends and encourage their interests and hobbies.
• Keep an eye on people’s health and let them know about any changes or worries. It is important to regularly write down the care that is given and any changes that are seen. Work with professional staff to carry out care plans and let senior staff know of any modifications.
• Will be responsible for minor cleaning and household tasks, such as making meals, drinks, and keeping the house clean and tidy.

People who want to work there should be very interested in improving themselves and keeping up with changes at work by going to regular statutory training and other training as instructed by the home’s administration.

People who want to work at the house should know and follow all of its rules and procedures.

Previous care: Having experience and training is a plus.
