Summary of the Job
We are looking for a Business Sales Executive who is motivated and focused on getting results to join our team. The best candidate will help us develop our sales by finding new business possibilities, building great connections with clients, and pushing our business, marketing, and IT services.
Main Duties
- Make and carry out sales plans to obtain new customers and meet revenue goals.
- Find, qualify, and go after high-value sales prospects with schools, businesses, and professional organisations.
- Do sales prospecting, lead generating, and outreach to find a lot of potential customers.
- Meet with and talk to top decision-makers to learn about their needs and how to best market the organization’s solutions.
- Give convincing sales pitches, product demos, and business-focused recommendations.
- To close a business, you need to negotiate prices, terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from finding leads to closing deals and bringing on new clients.
- Always meet and beat your monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and KPIs.
- Keep precise CRM records of all sales activities, predictions, and progress in the pipeline.
- Work with teams inside the company to come up with custom sales solutions that meet the demands of each client.
- Give your thoughts on sales planning, market positioning, and competitor strategy to help the company make more money.
- Go attend trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events to get leads and spread the word about what your company has to offer.
- To get recurring business and upsell, build and keep long-term connections with important customers.
- Keep an eye on the market and what your competitors are doing to find fresh sales chances.
- Help and mentor younger sales team members on how to sell and what the best practices are.
Skills and Qualifications
- An MBA or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management that has been proven.
- Great at talking to people, making deals, and giving presentations.
- It’s a benefit if you have a strong understanding of business branding, marketing, and IT services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on goals, with great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate alone and with others in a busy setting.
