You will become a member of Unipuler’s flexible staffing pool and be given shifts according to your availability as a Bank Carer. Depending on the needs of your clients, you will work in a variety of care settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, supported living facilities, and domiciliary care.

• Provide top-notch personal care, including dressing, toileting, washing, and assistance with continence.
• Use authorised equipment (hoists, slide sheets, wheelchairs) to help with mobility, repositioning, and transfers.
• Assistance with nutrition, hydration, and meals.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and assurance.
• When necessary, assist with household chores such light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Prompt or deliver medicine in line with care plans and training (setting dependent).
