Job Summary

Gleam Healthcare Ltd is recruiting domiciliary care workers to support individuals in their own homes across Goole. This is an immediate-start role for committed, compassionate professionals who are ready to work in the community and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Important Requirements

• You must relocate to Goole before starting employment
• You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• You must be available to start work immediately
• This role is open to UK-based applicants. Certificate of Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates

Key Details

• Permanent, full-time contract
• 40 hrs hours per week
• Minimum pay rate: £12.82 per hour
• Paid mileage
• Community-based role covering Goole and the surrounding areas

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, respectful, and dignified personal care in line with individual care plans
• Support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, mobility support, and companionship
• Administer and accurately record medication in accordance with policy and training
• Promote emotional well-being and independence
• Follow risk assessments and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
• Report concerns, changes in condition, or incidents promptly
• Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards, local authority requirements, and Home Office sponsorship duties
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing competency assessments
• Support individuals with complex needs, including end-of-life care where required
• Deliver culturally sensitive and person-centred care
