We are currently recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This Support Worker role offers flexible working and the chance to make a real difference every day.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs. This role is ideal for a reliable and caring Support Worker who enjoys helping others and working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities — Support Worker
- Provide daily support, including personal care
- Assist with medication in line with care plans
- Support individuals with routines and activities
- Encourage independence and social interaction
- Maintain accurate care records
Requirements — Support Worker
- Care Certificate or relevant care experience
- SSSC registration (or willingness to register)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, calm, and respectful approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
