Staff Partners are currently looking for Mental Health Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care in a specialist hospital setting.
My client is one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers with a unique approach to the delivery of care. With a network of over 80 services across England and Wales, providing four services including: Adult Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Children & Education.
The site in need provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation, including a specialist service for personality disorders.
We also have additional sites available in the surrounding areas that specialise in different areas of Mental Healthcare.
Main Duties:
- Provide care to people with mental health conditions
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
You will have…

- An excellent communicator & a good team player
- Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Experience in mental health support work or support work in general.
- PMVA training certificate
