We are looking for a female Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to medical staff, monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, and providing general support to patients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for healthcare and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Successful applicants will receive full induction training, care certificate and personal development programs will also provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of patient care.
- Provide support to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient records and medical documentation.
- Assist in the administration of medications.
- Assist in patient transport and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient education on health topics and self-care techniques.
