An opportunity is available for an experienced Cleaner to work within the offices and presbytery of Reverend John Southworth at St Paul’s Church, 10 Spring Grove, West Derby, Liverpool, L12 8SL. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Father John and other members of the team.

This is a part-time permanent post, working 6 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 10am and 12pm.

The salary is £3931.20 per annum (FTE £22,932.00).

5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and 2 complimentary days holiday, pension scheme, plus other benefits are available.

The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient and comprehensive cleaning service to the Parish Priest and the parish presbytery.

Applicants should also have previous experience working in a similar role dealing with cleaning within a domestic or commercial environment. The ability to work with other people within the premises and a working knowledge of the appropriate usage of cleaning products for different materials are a must.

High levels of discretion and confidentiality are essential.
