Obligations

• Giving customers customised attention and assistance in their homes or communal settings
• helping with everyday activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
• Creating and carrying out individualised treatment plans in conjunction with medical specialists
• Encouraging customers to stay independent and engage in community activities
• When necessary, safely transporting clients to social events, appointments, or errands
• Keeping thorough records of the care given and any modifications to the client’s condition
• Effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams to guarantee reliable and superior care

Conditions

• The capacity to drive safely in the community and possess a valid driver’s license
• While not necessary, prior experience working in a care facility or offering home care services is preferred; training will be given.
• Understanding care plans and being able to adhere to recommended procedures
• English language proficiency and efficient communication abilities to interact with clients and team members
• Basic IT knowledge for record-keeping and documentation
• Good interpersonal skills and a kind disposition
• Capacity to work autonomously and exhibit dependability in providing high-quality care
