Full Job Description 

After a successful four-month trial term, sponsorship will be given.

Topline Care Solutions, a top home care business, is looking for a caring and dedicated female Health and Support Worker to provide care and support services to our customers in their own homes. We think it’s important to treat our clients with respect and decency and to keep their information private.

You need to have at least six (6) months of experience in the UK, but all training will be given. You need to be able to drive your own car. We believe in offering personalised care plans that match the unique needs of each client, and we are dedicated to providing care that meets the highest standards of quality in the industry. We want to improve our clients’ lives by giving them caring care and support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Helping clients with personal care and support services like washing, dressing, grooming and going to the bathroom
• Helping individuals move around, transfer, and walk as needed
• Giving drugs as directed by doctors and nurses
• Giving clients company and emotional support
• Helping with cooking and feeding when needed
• Doing modest housework like cleaning, doing laundry, and changing the sheets on the beds
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of the care given

What You Need to Apply 

• You must be in the UK and have access to a car.
• The candidate must be able to start working right away.
• Ability to follow care plans and work on your own
• Great communication and people skills
• Being kind and considerate towards clients
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You should be able to work flexible hours, even on weekends and holidays.
