Job Summary

We want to hire a Sales Executive who is dynamic and focused on getting results. The person who gets the job will be in charge of finding new business possibilities and keeping good connections with current clients. This job is a great chance to help our company grow in a competitive market. Experience with B2B sales is very important because you will be working with clients from many different industries. The best candidate will be able to analyse things well and know how to use Salesforce to keep track of sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Find and go after new business prospects by reaching out to the right people and networking.
• Build and keep long-term relationships with clients to make sure they are very happy with your service.
• Do a thorough examination of what each client requires so you can provide solutions that suit those demands.
• Oversee the whole sales process, from finding leads to completing deals, making sure that goals are reached or exceeded.
• Use Salesforce to keep track of sales operations, add new client information, and make reports.
• Work with teams inside the company to make personalised proposals and presentations.
• Keep up with industry changes and have a full understanding of our goods and services.

Requirements

• A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a field similar to this one
• Good at analysing things and understanding statistics and market trends
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Great talents at talking and negotiating
• Able to work alone or with others, be organised, and take the initiative
• A valid driver’s license is encouraged but not required.
