Overview of the Job – Business Development Manager UK (Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is energetic and focused on getting things done to join our team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of finding new business prospects, creating solid relationships with clients, and making our company more well-known in the market. The business development manager will have the following duties:
- Finds out what customers want, gets their feedback, and looks at how the market for old automobiles and motor parts is changing.
- Plans sales goals and chooses which cars and auto parts to focus on with the help of higher-ups.
- Looks at sales performance and helps with marketing and advertising.
- Builds and keeps strong ties with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Handles key customer accounts and ensures sales run smoothly.
- Hires, trains, and helps junior salespeople.
- Makes reports and suggestions to help the company stay competitive in the automotive market and improve its sales strategy.
- Experience in business development or sales roles, especially in the same industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly set priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Great at talking to and negotiating with people from all walks of life and at all levels.
- A proactive attitude and the capacity to work alone or with others.
It’s good if you have relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related profession, but it’s not required.
