Job Description

– Full-time

– Expected hours: 45 per week

– Pay: up to £35,000 yearly

Requirements:

– A passion for hospitality and attentive and personalised customer service

– Experience in bartending 1 year

– Experience in cocktail making

– Experience in barista skills

– Good command of English

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the restaurant’s recipes

– Awareness of the food menus on offer (lunch / dinner / brunch)

– Awareness of the drink menus on offer

– Follow the restaurant service manuals and procedures

– Responsible for the restocking of bar’s inventory and supplies
