Knowledge

Essential

• Essential Criteria: Upper second class honours degree or higher in psychology. Eligible for graduate membership of the British Psychological Society. Experience working with people with mental health or social care needs. Understanding of multidisciplinary and complex care settings. Insight into mental health difficulties. Knowledge of psychological assessments and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks. Willingness to travel across Bolton and Greater Manchester.

Desirable

• Postgraduate training in psychology, mental health, or research. Training in psychosocial or family interventions (e.g., PSI, BFT).

Experience
