We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated dietitian to join our supportive, dynamic and award winning team, to provide dietetic services and expertise to people living in Bradford.

Main duties of the job
You will manage your own caseload of patients in a range of clinical areas including stroke, respiratory medicine, acute medicine, orthopaedic surgery and care of the elderly. Working as part of the ward MDT to support the delivery of nutritional care. You will also support outpatient clinics including nutrition support and hospital discharge support.
You will also have the opportunity to gain experience with the specialist dietitians working in Parenteral Nutrition, Critical Care, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Hepatology, Surgery and Upper GI cancer.

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics or Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian with HCPC
Experience
Essential
- Comprehensive undergraduate clinical experience.
- Recent clinical experience.
Desirable
- Post registration dietetic experience working in either a hospital or community setting
- Teaching and Training experience
- Experience of community / voluntary groups (not necessarily in dietetic capacity).
Skills
Essential
- Good written skills
- Good organisation skills
- Good presentation and teaching skills
Desirable
Knowledge

- Competent in Core Areas of Dietetic Practice

- Any Asian language
- Awareness of responsibility for own CPD
